An old spacious town house makes way for three through lounge flats. The aim: to provide each flat with a spacious living space with a street side and a rear side with a terrace. Bedrooms are provided at a different level each time, above or below the living area. A flat with the qualities of a house. Or a large house like the one further down the street, with three flats. The yellow brick and white windows are used as a reference to the large town houses, and to continue the articulation of the adjacent buildings.
